Description

This product is made in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture.
The place is known for the production of Wakasa lacquerware which was designated as Traditional Crafts in 1978.
More than 80% of lacquered chopsticks of Japan are made in Obama City.
Each pair has a different design drawn in indigo color such as checkered pattern and hemp leaf pattern.
The tips have non-slip finish, so you can easily pick up food with these chopsticks.
It is a set of 5 pairs of chopsticks with a chic design so it is suitable for chopsticks for visitors as well as daily use. All pairs are 23cm.
These are not dishwasher-safe, so please wash them by hand after use.

Beautifully presented lovely chopsticks and very swift delivery.

I received this lovely chopsticks in just a few days. They came in a nice wooden box and were elegant and lovely in the hand.

I am thrilled with the quality nd the fact that I can support a small business making traditional items in Japan. These are sticking fillers for my boys, all of whom eat their Asian food with chopsticks, but these are their first authentic ones. So delicate compared to what is available here in Canada.

I would definitely recommend them and this company. My next purchase will be Samurai clothing for me. Can’t wait.
