Please note that we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges of products due to customer’s convenience after the shipment completion email has been sent. For that reason, we would like to kindly ask all customers to check size, color, quantity, and other specifications carefully before purchasing.

 

Wrong or defective product

We highly suggest you opening the package as soon as you receive it to ensure that it is the correct product and not defective. If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate this issue and make it right. We will reship the correct product or a replacement if you contact us within 30 days after you receive your order.

 

Loss during shipping

In the unlikely case that your order is lost during shipping, please notify us immediately. We will contact our contracted courier and investigate the package. If your order is determined to be lost, we will reship your ordered product, free of charge. However, please note that all customs clearance fees that may be incurred, including VAT, customs duty, and handling fees, will be charged to the recipient as usual upon arrival of the package.

 

In case we are unable to provide your ordered product or the replacement due to discontinuation or other reasons under the circumstances mentioned above, we will refund you the amount you have paid for us.

 

Absence of the recipient

If an order is not received for an extended period of time and the package is returned to Japan by the courier, the orderer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

 

Refund procedure

We will examine the situation with you and, if we determine that a refund is more appropriate than providing a replacement, we will refund your money using the payment method you originally used. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed. To learn more about the timing of the refund in detail, we ask you to contact your bank or credit card company.
