This product is a knee-length cotton kimono with a pocket on the front. The length comes from “hanten” that became popular as a work cloth or jacket in the Edo-period of Japan.
It is recommended as a comfortable home cloth or as a bathrobe. This length makes it even easier to wear and walk. You can also enjoy wearing it like a jacket or cardigan.
The beautiful cherry blossoms pattern has the meaning of wish for woman to always shine brightly, all the best on the new chapter in life and a huge harvest.
It is one of extremely popular items in our store.
It comes with a thin sash of the same fabric. Recommend ironing after washing.

Lovely kimono, delivered promptly

I have been looking at buying a kimono for a while and I finally settled on the green knee-length Cherry Blossom kimono after reading the positive reviews. I am glad that I decided to go for it. The fabric is good quality and there has obviously been lots of care put into creating the garment, with solid stitching and attention to detail. I am 165cm tall, UK size 10, and the medium size is perfect for me. It fits very well and is comfortable to use as a mid/warm season dressing gown. The delivery was also very fast, with barely a week passing between me placing the order and the kimono arriving to my house in the UK, with full tracking all the way. All in all, I am very pleased with the kimono and the service.

Love Kimonos

Was in Japan on vacation a month ago. Our tour guide recommended your store. I bought 1 kimono for myself and also bought for my daughters and also bought for my granddaughter. They all loved them. Just ordered another for a granddaughters birthday. Shipping from the store was efficient and timely..
