Please note that we basically do not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges after the order confirmation e-mail is transmitted.
In the case that recipient does not receive the ordered items over the long terms and that it is returned to Japan, the shipping fee shall be paid by recipient or orderer.



Refunds or replacement are possible in the following cases

・Refund the balance of shipping fee

When the accurate shipping fee is lower than mechanical shipping calculation on the settlement page, the balance of shipping fee will be automatically refunded.



Arriving wrong items or defective items
   →Please contact us within 10days after you receive your ordered items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

・ Damages or lost your ordered items during delivery

In the case that your ordered items are lost during delivery, please contact us immediately. After we track and inspect the condition of parcels with our carrier, if the lost of parcel is determined, we will make reshipment same items as your 1st ordered with free of charge. However, please not that customs clearance fee (VAT, customs duties etc...) must be paid by recipient.
And, in the case that some ordered items are one-of-a-kind item or discontinued product, we unfortunately cannot reship exactly same items you ordered, and we prepare alternative items or give a refund.



How to Refund

After we confirm the case, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
