Return & Refund Policy
General Policy
Please note that, except where required by applicable law, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a customer's change of mind after the shipment completion email has been sent. We kindly ask all customers to carefully review product specifications, including size, color, quantity, and other details before placing an order.
The provisions below regarding the statutory right of withdrawal apply only to consumers residing in the European Union ("EU Consumers").
Wrong or Defective Product
We highly recommend opening your package as soon as it arrives to confirm that the correct items have been received and that they are free from defects.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. If you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or reship the correct item.
Loss During Shipping
In the unlikely event that your order is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate the shipment with our contracted courier. If the shipment is confirmed to be lost, we will resend the ordered product at no additional charge.
Please note that any import-related charges, including VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country, remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Absence of the Recipient
If a shipment is returned to Japan because it was not collected or accepted by the recipient within the period specified by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and related charges.
EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit your request within 14 days after receiving the goods by:

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Procedure
Step 1
Notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Step 2
To help us process your return smoothly, we kindly ask, though not require, that you provide photographs of the product, packaging, or invoice where possible. This is entirely optional and will not affect your right of withdrawal.
Step 3
Return the goods using a trackable shipping service.
Please provide:

the tracking number, and

proof of shipment, such as a copy or photograph of the shipping receipt.
We request that the goods be shipped back within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
Delays in returning the goods may result in delays in processing your refund.
Step 4
After the returned goods are received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.
Condition of Returned Goods
Consumers may inspect goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
However, if the returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminished value of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Earrings
For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products
Products that are custom-made, personalized, specially commissioned, or manufactured according to the customer's specifications are not eligible for withdrawal or return.
Customs Duties, VAT, and Other Import Charges
Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling charges, brokerage fees, or similar governmental charges paid in connection with the original shipment are generally not refundable by us.
If you wish to seek reimbursement of such charges, please contact the customs authority or relevant government agency in the destination country.
Refund Procedure
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
