This elegant serving tray is handcrafted using Kumiko, a traditional Japanese woodworking technique that has been refined over centuries. Without the use of nails or adhesives, precisely cut wooden pieces are meticulously assembled to create intricate geometric patterns, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and the natural beauty of wood.
The design combines the traditional Japanese Asanoha (hemp leaf) pattern with a series of triangular motifs. In Japanese culture, the Asanoha pattern symbolizes healthy growth, protection, and prosperity, inspired by the strong and fast-growing hemp plant. Triangles have also long been regarded as protective symbols believed to ward off evil and misfortune. Together, these motifs create a beautiful geometric design that conveys wishes for growth, good fortune, and protection.

Care Instructions
The acrylic base panel is removable and is not permanently fixed to the tray.
