It was said that Kokeshi dolls spread as a souvenir in the hot springs of the Tohoku region in the latter half of the Edo period. Gunma Prefecture is the largest production of "The modern Kokeshi" in Japan.
"Hohoemi (Smile)" is the gentle smile and adorable expression heal you every time you look at it, and just decorate your room to brighten your feelings.
Kokeshi dolls are vulnerable to light and humidity. Please avoid places exposed to sunlight or high humidity.
