"The famous Gate of Zoujyo Temple" is a woodblock print designed by Kasamatsu Shiro.The falling snow and the red gate reminds the heavy cold of winter. Kasamatsu Shiro (1898-1991)
Born in Tokyo. Shiro Kasamatsu was a student of Kaburagi Kiyokata.
He won many prizes including the first Ocean Art Exhibition Minister's Award in 1937.
