Description

It was said that Kokeshi dolls spread as a souvenir in the hot springs of the Tohoku region in the latter half of the Edo period. Gunma Prefecture is the largest production of "The modern Kokeshi" in Japan. This product was made in the workshop of "Usaburo Kokeshi" in Gunma Prefecture.
Kokeshi dolls are vulnerable to light and humidity, please avoid places exposed to sunlight or high humidity. There are individual differences because each is handmade.
This will be a nice gift for Christmas!

I love my doll set. They will look great as part of my Christmas decorations. The service offered by Kyoto Handicraft Centre is excellent. They were well packaged and delivery to Australia was very efficient.
