Suspension of the Application of
the De Minimis Rule
(Effective August 29, 2025)
Starting August 29, 2025,the U.S. government will suspend the de minimis rule, which previously allowed duty-free imports of goods valued at under $800 from Japan and other countries.
As a result, orders arriving in the U.S. on or after August 29 may be subject to customs duties and additional import fees, regardless of the order amount.
Please note that this change will also apply to items purchased from our store.
Orders that arrive and clear U.S. customs by August 28, 2025 are still expected to qualify for duty-free treatment under the current de minimis rule.
We kindly ask you to be cautious when making a purchase.
