All of our Damascene accessories are original creations, handmade by artisans at the Kyoto Handicraft Center.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans working in our in-house workshop. The process begins by precisely inlaying gold and silver into an iron base. Lacquer is then repeatedly applied and baked, layer by layer. After soaking the piece in nitric acid to bring out the design, the surface is polished, and finally, delicate shading is added by hand to complete the work.
