Description
This product is a small box with beautifully contrasted design of black lacquer and gold bamboo.
It is suitable for keeping accessories and other small articles.
It is made in Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture which is known for the production of Aizu lacquerware.
Cashew lacquer (paint made from cashew nuts shell) is used instead of urushi lacquer, so you can enjoy the charm of lacquerware at a lower price. Maki-e (decoration) is done manually by artisans, so each product is slightly different.
For cleaning, please use soft cloth to remove dust and fingerprints as the surface is very delicate.
