This product is a lacquered vase with a design of sasanqua flowers.
It is made in Ishikawa Prefecture which is known for producing Yamanaka lacquerware. Yamanaka lacquerware has a history of more than 450 years and was designated as Traditional Crafts of Japan in 1975. One of the characteristics of Yamanaka lacquerware is its distinguished technique for grinding wood.
The cylindrical part is removable, so it is easy to handle.
It comes with 2 plates to put underneath as bases.
It is beautiful enough to be displayed as a decoration for your room even without flowers.
Please avoid keeping the product in direct sunlight, excessive dryness or humidity. It may cause damage. For cleaning, please use a soft cloth to remove dust and fingerprints as the surface is very delicate.
