Kotozuka Eiichi was an artist of Japanese painting and Woodblock print. He graduated art school of Kyoto. He studied under Kawabata Ryushi, he won many prizes. He was a member of Seiryusha, group of liberal artist. He was good at landscape, flower, bird and figure paintings.
