This product is a glass tumbler made by Hirota glass.

Hirota glass, founded in 1899, is one of the oldest glassmakers in Tokyo.

The technique of cut glass called Edo Kiriko is one of the traditional crafts of Tokyo. It has a history of more than 180 years and was designated as Traditional Crafts of Japan in 2002.

The name of the series “Karai” means flower bud in Japanese.

It features the plump shape and the beautiful contrast of purple glass and cutting.

The delicate cutting of this product is done by artisans one by one.

It matches aromatic drinks as the narrow brim prevents the aroma from escaping.

Please note that there may be slight differences as each product is handmade.
