Description

"The Three Major Festival" is a work about three major festivals in Kyoto.
The Three Major Festivals are the following three.
The first festival is "Aoi Festival".
It is held to pray for huge harvest at Shimogamo Shrine in May.
The second is "Gion Festival". It is held to pray for good health in July.
The third is "Festival of Ages" It is a festival of costume procession from the Heian era (794~1185) to Meiji era at from Kyoto gosho to Heian-jingu Shrine in October.
The work is folding screen.
