Description

Kimonos has been developed as the traditional Japanese clothing.
Today most Japanese only wear them on special occasions such as the New Year’s season and for weddings. They are often expensive and difficult to wear.
This cotton kimono is easy-to-wear items and is recommended as a comfortable home cloth or as a bathrobe. You can experience the Japanese culture in an easy way.
Crane is quite popular pattern, which is a symbol of longevity and good fortune. Peony is a symbol of nobility and prosperity. You can enjoy this elegant feeling.　A thin sash of the same fabric is temporarily sewn inside the sleeve.
There is an individual difference in how the pattern appears. Recommend to iron after washing.

A truly beautiful kimono

I ordered the blue version of the full-length cotton kimono. The delivery to my Canadian address was fast, and the product exceeded my expectations. This is a high-quality, almost satiny cotton fabric that holds its shape without being too heavy, while the pattern and the colour harmonies are truly beautiful. I took my new kimono to a mini-vacation on Lake Erie, and, as I hoped, it matched the local atmosphere wonderfully. I would only caution future buyers that the deep blue of this kimono is different than the milky shade seen in the website photo, but it is nevertheless lovely. I will definitely buy other pieces from KHC, and next time, I would be ecstatic to sample some of the art of wrapping for which Japanese stores have a well-deserved reputation. All in all, I’ve been very happy with my purchase. Thank you, KHC!
